YOU make our work possible – thank you!

The work of Home Health & Hospice depends on our people: our talented and dedicated staff and many generous friends in our community and far beyond who give their time and resources to help us care for our neighbors. With this support, we are able to do so much more.

We can provide more charitable care each year.

We can invest in training and career pathways for our staff.

We are grateful to everyone who helped us do more in 2021.

Our volunteers are our cherished colleagues and friends, providing essential tasks to help us care for our neighbors every day. Our 468 volunteers do everything from preparing tasty meals for residents at the Respite House to calling the families of hospice clients to ensure they have everything they need heading into the weekend.

In 2021, more than 2,300 people, from right here in Chittenden and Grand Isle counties and across the country, stepped up to support our work. Their generosity allowed us to provide $2.1 million in unreimbursed care to our neighbors, increasing access to quality home health and hospice care for our neighbors.

We couldn’t do what we do without you.

Thank you one and all.
