Congratulations to Genne Thibodeau, Administrative Assistant in our Quality & Education department, for being named this month’s Employee Spotlight Award recipient!

“I really love being part of an organization that does so much good for the community,” Thibodeau said. “While I am working on the back-end of things, it feels good to know that the work I do supports those who go out in the community and directly help our patients.”

“Genne brings excellence and quality to her work,” said Nurse Educator Barb McKennedy, who nominated Thibodeau, along with VP of Quality & Education Angel Means. “Genne is detail-oriented, clarifies expectations and provides clear and timely feedback. She shows great leadership while overseeing our department’s branding efforts, ensuring materials produced by the education team follow brand standards. Our team is fortunate to have her support, knowledge and willingness to problem solve.”

Thibodeau joined the Home Health & Hospice team in early 2018, and has played an integral role in improving education processes and implementing our new brand standards. Here, she is pictured at our most recent Education Fair.
