What Are Video Visits?

A video visit is a secure online appointment between you and your clinician using a computer, tablet or smartphone. Both you and your clinician can see, hear and speak to each other, similar to using FaceTime. Your video visit is private and not recorded — only you and your clinician participate in the appointment and it’s completed in real time.

The UVM Health Network – Home Health & Hospice has used video visits to provide a convenient, safe and secure care option to patients for several years. In response to the COVID-19 pandemic, we have expanded this offering.
