‘I want to support my team’
Alex Pial, LNA, care specialist at Home Health & Hospice’s independent living community for adults with permanent disabilities in South Burlington, has been caring for residents there for 19 years. After short stints at other care jobs, Alex found his “home” here, dedicating his life to caring for Home Health & Hospice clients.
That dedication extends to his colleagues as well.
“We will help get someone’s car out of the ditch in the winter when their car goes off the road,” Alex says, smiling. “I won’t leave my coworkers alone. I want to support my team.”
