Home Health & Hospice cares for families with young children by providing medical assessment, skilled nursing care, and physical, occupational and speech therapy to acutely and chronically ill children from birth to age 18.
Pediatric Therapies

Josephine, age 1, studies her image in a mirror. “She’s much more interactive,” her mother says.
This includes physical therapy, occupational therapy and speech therapy. Therapies staff provide assessment and interventions for children with developmental delays. Working closely with our home visitors, and as part of the primary service provider team with the state’s early intervention program, this team is able to provide support to the entire family, both short- and long-term.
Skilled Nursing
Providing assessment and care to acutely and chronically ill children from birth to age 18, these services include intravenous (IV) therapy, wound care, management of diabetes, cystic fibrosis, asthma, oncology diagnoses and many other medical challenges. Our staff’s expertise and genuine caring is greatly appreciated by many families.
