The UVM Health Network – Home Health & Hospice, formerly the Visiting Nurse Association, warmly invites you and your family and friends to attend the 30th Annual Memorial Service of our Hospice and Palliative Care Program. This service is a time to remember loved ones with music, reflection and candle lighting.
The ceremony is held from 3 – 4 pm, with a reception to follow.
