Lending a hand: ‘Wherever I see a gap, I want to find a solution’
Hajar Anvar‘s official title is manager of Operations, Data and Analytics, but she’s so much more than that. She’s also temporarily serving as executive assistant to the president and chief operating officer while helping support communications and engagement, asset management and admissions.
“I look at the operations as a whole and wherever I see a gap, I want to find a solution,” she says. “Making the lives of staff I work with and of our patients better — I’m happy to do that.”
