Open House | Essex Adult Day & Memory Care

Do you have a loved one who needs assistance to live independently? Are you a family caregiver who needs support in caring for your loved one?

Join us at one of three convenient locations to learn about the wide-ranging benefits of our Adult Day & Memory Care Program. We serve individuals with memory impairment, seniors and adults with disabilities in a warm, therapeutic and social environment.

We offer a specialized Memory Care Program, staffed by certified dementia practitioners. Participants receive health monitoring and medication management oversight by onsite RNs. Personal care, healthy meals and snacks, social and recreational activities are at the core of our program.

We accept Medicaid eligible participants. Funding assistance is available for low to moderate income households.
