On Saturday, September 24, UVM Health Network – Home Health & Hospice staff, volunteers, community members and families of past residents gathered at McClure Miller Respite House in Williston to honor our first hospice home. The day was filled with music, inspirational readings, a time for personal reflections and an opportunity to share memories with each other. People were also offered the chance to write short reflections onto little scrolls that were placed in a replica of the original house. This replica has now been moved to the new McClure Miller UVM Health Network – Home Health & Hospice Respite House in Colchester.

We are grateful to everyone who was a part of our last 25 years. We will not forget this sacred space and the memories that have come from it.
